About Ankur Krishna

I am Ankur Krishna, a student at the College of Veterinary Science, Ludhiana, with a deep passion for veterinary medicine. My goal is to practice as a veterinarian, with a particular interest in equines and canines.My journey into veterinary medicine began with a personal experience involving my Rottweiler. After he ingested something that caused him to bleed from the nose, we urgently needed medical attention. Unfortunately, there was no 24-hour vet clinic near our locality in Delhi, so we had to convince a vet to come to his clinic by paying extra in an emergency. Following this treatment, my Rottweiler’s black coat began to turn white due to a dermatological condition. This experience highlighted the critical need for accessible, compassionate, and competent veterinary care, and inspired me to pursue a career in this field.As a member of the horse riding team with the 1st PB R&V Squadron NCC, Ludhiana, I have developed strong skills in managing and caring for horses. I am eager to expand my knowledge and make a meaningful contribution to the veterinary profession.
