Ankur has vast experience in responding to production support (Application and Infra support) managed services RFPs (request for proposal) and below are the details of roles/responsibilities he has owned during the various stages of RFPs:• Working with the sales team to answer requests for proposal (RFPs) and improve the current process.• Developing proposal by assembling information including project nature, objectives/outcomes/deliverables, implementation, methods, timetable, staffing, budget, performance guarantees, and evaluation• Gathering proposal information by identifying sources of information and subject matter experts; coordinating submissions and collections; identifying and communicating risks associated with proposals.• Estimating effort and staffing required for deriving the commercials of services to be provided as part of the response of RFP• Creating Content for proposals including executive summaries, conclusions, and organization credentials• Maintaining quality results by using templates; following proposal-writing standards including readability, consistency, and tone; maintaining proposal support databasesIn addition to above-mentioned activities, Ankur has played an active role in Project estimation, Vendor co-ordination, Requirement Gathering and elicitation, Software Design and development, Testing, Deployment and production support for various projects apart from the project he has worked on. Ankur has a good blend of technical, analytical and business communication/elaboration skills for which he has been recognized many times by Infosys Leadership.
