With over ten years of experience in product management and development, I am a passionate and driven Product Manager at TSE Systems, a leading provider of measurement and control solutions for the biotech industry. I hold an MBA from the Hochschule für Technik und Wirtschaft Berlin and a certification as a Scrum Master from the Scrum Alliance. At TSE Systems, I leverage my skills and knowledge in agile methodologies, manufacturing process improvement, and analytical thinking to deliver high-quality products that meet customer needs and market trends. I collaborate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and vendors to define product vision, strategy, and roadmap, and to execute product development and launch plans. I also initiated and implemented process improvements, quality enhancements, and cost reductions, resulting in increased efficiency, productivity, and profitability.
