Invoice Verification - Includes day to day process of review and verifying incoming invoices for inspection services to ensure accuracy, completeness, and adherence to contractual terms.Dealing with the release of invoices from SAMEA NASIA, NEUR & SEUR and UK & I America regions respectively.Cross - checking of invoices against the corresponding inspection reports, ensuring that all services and deliverables are accurately reflected.Contract Compliance – Includes the process to ensure that all the invoices comply with the terms and conditions outlined in inspection service contracts, especially invoices of India region.Identify discrepancies between contracted terms and invoiced services and communicate with relevant stakeholders for resolution.Collaboration - Maintaining organized and detailed records of all invoices, contracts and related documentation.Working closely with the tax team for the release of India region invoices on daily terms and clearing of the exceptions with the help of tax code on a global level.Issue Resolution- Investigate and resolve any billing issues or disputes promptly, working with internal and external parties to ensure a satisfactory resolution.
