The new strategy resulted in a 240bps lower bounce rate compared to the legacy collections strategy. Developed and implemented Pre-X segmentation strategy over and above the existing Collection strategy using internal and bureau off-us parameters. Post implementation reads of Pre-X strategy showed improvement in overall resolution ($%) by 2.8%.
