Conducting training and development activities for the relevant stakeholders and then ensuring that Cooperative Banks, District/Block level officers of the Cooperative Department, and PACS are onboarded on the online portal and PACS upload and feed society data onto the platform. Supporting the Department of Cooperatives (UT of J&K and Ladakh) and NABARD in the implementation of projects, such as the creation of new PACs for each panchayat, the digitization of PACS (Primary Agricultural Credit Societies/Multi-Purpose Cooperative Societies) and Implementation of ERP system for PACS.Tracking the overall project activities and progress that the system integrator is carrying out in each of the UTs, recommending to NABARD RO the best methods to accomplish the project\'s overall goal in each UT, and holding review meetings to maintain the project\'s hold.Attending regular meetings and interacting with government/private stakeholders, such as the Department of Cooperative, District/State Cooperative Bank, Project Implementing Agency, and PACS Secretaries.Carrying out fieldwork to gather input and analyze problems and obstacles that may affect the project\'s advancement in the UT.Collaborating with District, Block-level officers and PACS supervisors of the cooperative department to pinpoint major obstacles, followed by holding meetings to address the same with Registrar Cooperative Societies to develop various approaches and strategic planning for project success. Ensuring timely or prompt resolution of difficulties encountered on the online platform and/ or escalate issues to the relevant higher authorities or bring them up with the portal development team.
