Ubiquiti Networks, Inc. is a company (OEM) that manufactures networking equipment ranging from LAN, Network Security, Wireless (Wi-Fi), Camera security, Identity Management (UID), ISP product suite and many more with a clear focus on thoughtful design that integrates with the IoT products. Parts of my responsibilities here have been:\\\\n\\\\n1. Start a TAC Support team (Phone/Chat/Email Support) whose focus is to provide technical support to our APAC, EMEA and USCAN customers pertaining to their networks that have UI device integrations. This includes hiring and training new joiners.\\\\n2. Better the Customer Experience (CX) and help change customer narrative.\\\\n3. Work with the Product Management and Customer Experience teams to improve the robustness and reliability in the product.\\\\n4. Help build Brand Trust and customer responsiveness.\\\\n5. Help drive growth, Continuous Improvement, and working on the Agile methodology.\\\\n6. Marketing-related decision making focussed on Indian market conditions.\\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n
