ABOUT ANKKIT JAIN

Ankit Jain is Senior Manager Transfer Pricing at EY Canada. He is a CPA and a CA. Earlier Ankit Jain was a Director at PwC India based out of Gurgaon. He has more than 15 years of professional experience in Transfer Pricing and International Taxation. Ankit has also experience of working in the US where he closely worked with the Transfer Pricing Leaders of one of the largest MNCs in the world. Ankit’s experience range from transfer pricing compliance to transfer pricing litigations. He has undertaken numerous transfer pricing advisory projects including TP planning, implementation and operationalization, TP risk assessment, supply chain and value chain mapping and analysis. Industries extensively worked upon include technology, advance manufacturing, hospitality, healthcare, FMCG, aircraft parts and services, shared services centers and ITeS. He has team leading and mentoring experience. Ankit’s transfer pricing expertise is across the global involving projects with global, regional and country specific implications. He has extensively worked on complex and critical issues such as intangibles and contract R&D arrangements, headquarters cost allocations, deductibility of inbound HQ charges, value chain analysis and sales agent or PE analysis. He is actively involved in strategizing and responding to transfer pricing audits and inquiries. He actively leads TP compliance assignments covering BEPS Action 13 master files and local files. Ankit is a Certified Professional Account from CPA Canada and Chartered Accountant from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He studied in Delhi University.
