I’m a product leader with 14+ years of experience building and scaling digital platforms, marketplaces, fintech and data-driven products across manufacturing, fintech, and construction. Much of my work sits at the intersection of, product strategy, customer experience and operations, where solving the product problem often requires solving the operational one as well. At Fictiv, I lead core marketplace initiatives for its digital manufacturing platform. My focus has been on improving speed, reliability, and unit economics of the marketplace while keeping the customer experience simple and scalable.Some recent work include: Reducing quote turnaround time by 33% by introducing should-cost modeling, manufacturing drawing sanitization, and automated shipping and tariff calculations. At Hilti, I led improvements across multiple B2B and B2C products, consistently driving NPS improvements and revenue growth.Across industries, my approach to product has stayed the same. I spend a lot of time talking to customers and operators, and combine those insights with product and operational data to shape the roadmap.
