I work at the intersection of infrastructure governance, investment systems, and energy technology.My journey started in public policy and government consulting—working across impact evaluation, state budget analysis, and governance reforms at Global Village Foundation. It evolved into national investment facilitation at Invest India, where I worked with 53 ministries, 36 States/UTs, and project promoters, strengthening the India Investment Grid and enabling projects across logistics, ports, corridors, and renewables. I received the KUDOS Award (SHINE Program) within 90 days.At the Ministry of Statistics & Programme Implementation (MoSPI), I monitored 800+ infrastructure projects (₹150 Cr+ each) across sectors and states, contributed to PMO-level reviews, helped design the National Infrastructure Ranking Index (NIRI), and led digital integration across 40+ ministries for “One Data, One Entry”.Today, I am CEO of Terra Rex Energy—building India’s first P2P inter-state renewable energy trading platform that allows farmers, solar owners, and generators to sell power directly to urban C&I consumers via an app. The platform integrates AI for timing optimization and is being developed under the supervision of REC Limited. My work focuses on ensuring transparency, accountability, and efficiency in government programmes through evidence-based monitoring and reporting.Key Responsibilities & Achievements:Lead the preparation of Flash Reports and performance dashboards for senior government leadership, including the Prime Minister’s review, enabling timely interventions and decision-making.Monitor progress, bottlenecks, and outcomes of infrastructure and development projects across ministries, ensuring alignment with policy goals.Provide data-driven insights and evaluation frameworks to strengthen governance and improve delivery outcomes.Collaborate with line ministries, state governments, and cross-sector stakeholders to track performance indicators and resolve implementation challenges.Utilize analytical and visualization tools (Power BI, KoboToolbox, IIPMaps, MS Office Suite) for high-quality reporting and presentation of project status.This role allows me to combine my expertise in monitoring & evaluation, governance, and analytics to support MoSPI’s mission of driving efficiency and impact in India’s public investment and infrastructure programmes.
