A Chartered Mechanical Engineer with 16 years of experience in Buildings and Infrastructure projects across the UK, USA, Australia, Middle East, and India right from development to delivery encompassing planning, monitoring, controlling phases of the project lifecycle, overall inter-discipline coordination including design, administration, and resource planning.A strategic planner with expertise in planning and executing construction projects with a flair for adopting modern construction methodologies in compliance with quality standards. Holds the distinction of executing numerous projects within a strict time schedule with stringent measures for cost and quality control.As Digital Implementation Lead, he is responsible for the successful implementation and adoption of new digital tools to achieve strategic business objectives. He oversees the entire implementation lifecycle, from needs assessment and solution selection to training, deployment, and ongoing support. A key focus is ensuring alignment with digital OKRs (Objectives & Key Responsibilities) and demonstrating measurable im-pact through improved efficiency, data accuracy, and team collaborationStarted volunteering for IMechE in 2014 and was involved in organizing young member activities, and events within India. In 2015 he was elected as the Webmaster and in 2017, he was elected as the YMR for the SAR region where he closely worked with the YM Chairs of SAR countries to improve & increase regional YM activities by initiating YM board formation and holding joint IYMC/YMB projects. He organized the first Global SOFE and various meetings (SAR AGM, IYMC, and ISB meetings) in 2019 in Delhi. He represents international members at various forums and different boards of the IMechE and aims to bring the interests of the international young members to the forefront to bring a positive change for their benefit.
