This system eliminated the need for developers to repeatedly download large debug symbols and source files and keeping them updated thereby reducing average device application debugging session duration by approximately ninety percent- Resolved a longstanding privacy risk by eliminating the need for developers to download customer logs. Developed a multi-feature log search portal that enables secure log analysis and debugging, with integrated LLM capabilities to automatically deduce probable issues - Developed a system to assess the utility of application logs on devices, aimed at reducing excessive application logging. This initiative helped increased the log retention period from two days to three days thereby minimizing the issue of failing to debug problems due to expired logs- Led a long-term team initiative to reduce operational issues, resulting in a significant drop in high-severity incident tickets from an average of ten per week to four per week over the course of a year- Delivered learning sessions on different architectural concepts including NoSQL, Dynamo DB, Reactive programming, services debugging techniques, for teams within the Devices organization- Actively mentored multiple team members and cross-functional colleagues by providing guidance on design architecture, code reviews, and security analysis, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and technical excellence.
