I build web products and have done so for over a decade - everything from a small website to a large-scale application for over 15million users. As a child, creating web apps allowed me to overcome local limitations to express my creativity and have a global impact. It showed me that well thought out web products can democratize access, simplify complex tasks, amplify reach and, most importantly, enable users to achieve success.As a product manager, I strive to deliver these aspects in every product I develop. To do so, I rely on contextual analysis of the problem space, data-driven decision making, user-focused development and building a team which is motivated to deliver the best user experience. Moreover, to align all internal and external stakeholders, I focus on building clear interfaces and visualizations to support an open and honest development process.At Postman, I was able to apply this approach to lead a team of 13 to design a real-time version control system. With its intuitive interface and workflows, it simplified a complex problem in software development for over 1M users every day. Drawing on my technical expertise, I built multiple high performance web experiences to simplify software lifecycle and governance. For example, I conceptualized a collaboration system to enable in-app conversations which reduced development time. It is used by over 10k organizations worldwide.I am excited to continue my journey in this space and take the next step towards developing consumer-focused accessible web products.
