Supplier Evaluation and Management - Assess, select, and manage suppliers - Conduct supplier audits - Evaluate supplier capabilities - Maintain quality relationships through communication 2. Customer Complaint Handling - Address and resolve customer complaints - Identify root causes and implement corrective actions 3. Key Performance Indicator (KPI) Tracking - Monitor and manage KPIs - Drive continuous improvement through data analysis 4. New Product Development - Ensure quality standards in new product development - Cover quality from design to production 5. Manufacturing Change Order - Evaluate and manage manufacturing process changes - Follow change control processes 6. Statistical Process Control (SPC) and Measurement System Analysis (MSA)- Implement SPC and MSA for process and measurement enhancement 7. Production Part Approval Process (PPAP) and Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP)- Lead PPAP and APQP processes - Ensure quality requirements for new and existing products 8. Documentation Management - Maintain meticulous documentation - Includes Process Flow Diagrams (PFD), Process Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (PFMEA), Control Plans (CP), and Work Orders (WO) 9. Root Cause Analysis - Utilize root cause methodologies (Why-Why analysis, Fishbone Diagram, 8D methodology)- Identify underlying causes of quality issues and develop solutions- Overall experience has honed Supplier Quality Assurance (SQA) skills, strengthened problem-solving capabilities, and reinforced commitment to quality and continuous improvement.
