   As a Senior Network Analyst, I am part of the Global Network Operation Center-Shared Service having contributed to multiple APAC, EMEA, and NA based Projects, Clients- SKF, Electrolux, Danfoss, Bekaert, Cambrex, ULSE, RedGo, Collinson, Signify, IAC, Ashland and M&D Simultaneously. Delivering services to configure and troubleshoot the issue in Switches, Cisco Meraki, Router, WLC, Access Point, SD-WAN, Aruba Controller, and Aruba Access Point. Configure and troubleshoot the LAN & Wireless networks on Dell/HP/Cisco Switches. To keep the Network up to date, I am an active member of the Team have done Many IOS upgrades via CLI and GUI methods over the DNAC & Cisco Meraki(For MS and MR).Worked on ServiceNow, SX Tools, Topdesk for Ticketing.Monitoring Network devices on SolarWinds, OP5, Zabbix and Cisco Meraki. Performing daily administrative activities such as monitoring Production and Non-Production systems, incident management, SR, and Alert Monitoring.
