eSIM Activations on Web and Mobile Apps: Redesigned the end-to-end Prepaid and Postpaid BYOD (Bring Your Own Device) and New Device flows to support eSIM activations on Web, iOS and Android.Hardware Upgrade on Web and Mobile Apps: Identified gaps in the existing HUG (Hardware Upgrade) flows and designed a seamless way of upgrading to eSIM enabled devices. Self-Serve Device and SIM Transfer on Web: Led the design of 2 iterative versions of the SIM and Device Transfer flows on Web by closely collaborating with Product Managers, UX Designers, Business Analysts, and Front-End Developers.Push-To-Talk Mobile App for rugged devices in heavy-duty industries and Web Dispatch Console for supervisors: Push-to-talk (PTT) makes it simple to connect with your team anywhere, anytime. No need to set up a conference call or dial a number: just push a button and talk, one-on-one/many. Significantly improved the functionality of the App by redefining UI guidelines, creating online tutorials in HTML/CSS and designed the introduction of multimedia messages, voice messages and user location within the app.Microsoft Surface/Consumer IoT self-activation Web portal: Bell Connected things include a variety of great devices like Smartwatches, Trackers and Connected home/car. This portal allows users to activate their Connected thing (Physical SIM or eSIM) and MS Surface laptops. Designed the user flows, wire-frames and mock-ups for responsive web sheets and guided the IT Customer Experience team during development.Apple and Samsung smartwatch activations on the Bell network: Design lead for building Bell and Virgin web sheets for the following features on Apple and Samsung smartwatches - cellular plan activation, Number Share and Wi-Fi calling.Lucky Mobile Wi-Fi Calling App for iOS and Android: Design lead for the app and managed the development using agile-scrum methodology.FIbe TV Mobile App Widget: Produced images and vector graphics for the app (3 million viewers).
