   Investment Due Diligence - Collect and analyse private equity and venture capital investments related information from various sources viz, press releases, company portals. Input the information into the database utilised by the team. Responsible for analysing the investment related information for private equity and venture capital Asset Managers (General Partners), Funds, Portfolio Companies registered in US, Canada, UK and Asia Pacific regions. Responsible for interpretation and capturing textual data of the private companies of US and Canada through the company’s reliable sources such as website, annual reports, 10K, SEC filings and by effective use of search engines. Responsible for gathering and analysing data on private equity and venture capital investments within the Korean market. Responsible for research and update of mergers & acquisitions, buyouts of entities and updating in the tool. Providing support to the financial reporting teams in preparation of financial statements, including, Statement of Assets and Liabilities, Statement of Operations, Statement of Changes in Net Assets and Schedule of Investments. Posting of any top side adjustments (eg. Management fee accrual, Audit fee accrual etc), as necessary, while preparing the financial statements. Updating the financial statements in the tool.
