ABOUT ANKIT GUHA
I am a transactional lawyer with a focus on venture capital & private equity, tech investments/ M&A and the emerging companies ecosystem. Most of my work involves advising investment funds on investments and exits. I have extensive experience in the VC/ PE/ M&A space and have advised on deals across a range of industry sectors, such as fintech, consumer internet, edtech, SaaS, e-commerce, web3, gaming, agritech and FMCG. Prior to my current stint, I dabbled in edtech and founded Fyraway which was a game-based learning environment where children learnt how to code. At Fyraway, I was responsible for product development and strategy and scaled the company to MAUs, before exiting the business in March 2020.Prior to that, from 2017 to 2019 I was with WestBridge Capital as a Vice President, leading on all deals and exits. Prior to WestBridge, I spent around 8 years across some top law firms in the country such as Shardul Amarchand, JSA, etc as a venture capital, private equity and M&A/ general corporate lawyer.
