I am a technology graduate, majored in computer science, 2021, from Guru Ghasidas University, a Central University in India.My interests lie in the intersection of technology and business, and I enjoy Natural Language Processing, Generative AI, Digital Accessibility, Assistive Technologies and promoting inclusion at workplace.At present, I globally run Quantum for RADAR.RADAR is the application where we capture reference data of our clients under the asset management and Quantum is the strategic platform to distribute the clients\' reference data captured in RADAR to all the down-stream consumers to run their respective business across the board.My constant focus is dedicated towards injecting inclusion in Software Development Life Cycle (S. D. L. C) which will enable a software engineer with visual impairment to drive her / his career at equal pace and scale with sighted peers. I partner with multiple divisions in my organization to enable digital accessibility for our firmwide used applications by offering my efforts and expertise.My past experience includes, an internship at Kapslock.in and part of becoming various research studies at Google and Microsoft, in multiple International Universities researching on assistive technologies for visually impaired people.I am passionate about using technology to bring about positive change, and have been working on several projects and initiatives over the years to empower people with visual impairment.For instance, I worked with SmartQ [Food ordering app at workplace] and MoveInSync [Cab booking app for office commutes] by partnering with our Onsite Engineering TEAM and made those digitally accessible which are not only assisting V. I employees at GS rather given those are also used by other organizations, even there also V. I employees are able to use those applications.Besides my daily commitments, I spent my availability to mentor multiple graduate students who are preparing to get into corporates both personally and through our signature initiative India Women Engineering by Goldman Sachs.In the recognition of securing first position in Inclusive Stem Confluence 2021, I was honored by Prof. Alok Kumar Chakrawal (Honorable Vice Chancellor of our University).
