Responsibilities:• Manage wastewater projects from inception to handover, ensuring compliance with QualityManagement and Technical Excellence Systems, as well as relevant legislation and regulations.• Engage with clients, contractors, and statutory authorities throughout project lifecycles tofacilitate smooth communication and resolve issues.• Oversee commercial aspects, including processing valuations and managing change events.• Deliver solutions for the Living With Water Programme (LWWP) Catchment Delivery Plans(CDP) for NI Water, appraising options to protect against flooding, enhance the environment, andgrow the economy through improved wastewater provisions.• As NEC Supervisor, managed completion and handover processes, ensured compliance withhealth and safety files, and stakeholder management plans.Key Projects:CDP – Carrickfergus, NI Water (£2,093k, 2023 – ongoing): Delivery of eight interventions,including overflow screens and surface water separation.CDP – Greenisland, NI Water (£1,664k, 2023 – ongoing): Delivery of five interventions, includingupgrades to existing Wastewater Pumping Stations.CDP – Seahill, NI Water (£860k, 2023 – ongoing): Delivery of eight interventions, includingplanning applications and landowner discussions.Lower Woodburn Road WwPS, NI Water (£1,700k, August 2023): Civil Engineer and NECSupervisor for upgrades and construction at the wastewater pumping station.
