Integrated Fortellis (CDK), North America’s largest automotive dealer platform, onboarding 20+ merchants in Phase-1 and driving ~$1M in annualized payment volume. Delivered EMV Device Management enabling merchants to route payments to selected terminals with real-time device status and permissions, improving transaction success rates and checkout efficiency. Collaborated on the launch of dlxPay, Deluxe mobile payments app, driving 10% of total payment volume for 20 merchants within 6 months of launch.Client - Augury Launched Value Calculator to drive Augury’s Value Realization strategy, helping CSMs secure 10+ new clients onboarding through ROI storytelling. Automated the creation of win slides, thereby increasing the efficiency of the CSMs by 150x.
