Support the organizational design review – ensure the processes blueprint output is translated into the org design re-evaluation.\\\\nReaching out to the full population through a thorough by making use of different communication platforms where necessary.(Taking Stakeholders on a change journey)\\\\nTimely communication of the project to avoid the spread of inaccurate information, eradicate the fear of the unknown, creating excitement which impacts engagement and productivity.\\\\nEmployee and key stakeholder involvement, ensuring sufficient touch points with change champions.\\\\nTimely pre-move, move and post-move support for internal project teams as and where required for timely addressing of any project obstacles (Project & Change Management Integrated Approach)\\\\nChange Champions are engaged in a “Train the Trainers” methodology and equip them with the required materials.\\\\nWork closely with the communications team, ensuring channel owners are aware of the content to be delivered.\\\\nIdentify and assess the change impacts on the organization with a focus on end-to-end process efficiencies and improvement.\\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n
