I know that price of success: dedication, hard work, and an unremitting devotion to the things you want to see happen.” -Frank LLoyd Wright​I graduated from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign with a joint degree program wherein I pursued a Masters of Architecture and M.S. in Civil Engineering with a concentration in Construction Engineering and Management.After graduating from the university, I have been working as a Designer, Project Designer and now as a project Manager at DXU Architects in Atlanta. At DXU I have worked on commercial tenant improvement projects ranging from the design stage to project management.I have full responsibility for managing all aspects of multiple small to midsize projects and/or clients. My role involves preparing strategic plans for project success. I am responsible for the coordination of all project efforts, administrative and technical, to ensure the most efficient and cost-effective execution of assigned projects. I serve as the primary client liaison to bring the schedule, budgets, and scope of work to completion and to the client\'s satisfaction. I actively manage client budgets, schedules, and programs; project communications and documentation; office administrative tasks; and project team assignments. I estimate fees, determine scope of work, and prepares proposals and contracts. I hold responsibility for finished plans, specifications, or approval of materials and construction. I supervise a small staff of designers and technicians. I apply sound and diverse knowledge of architecture principles and practices in broad array of assignments and related fields. I act independently regarding architectural methods and complexities.
