   Multi Channel Fulfilment (MCF) is in the business of providing fulfillment solutions - fulfilling off-Amazon demand for sellers/customers – i.e. eBay, Walmart marketplace, or own website.\\\\n\\\\nI am the Finance lead for International MCF business (EU, JP, CA & AU) that clocks a revenue of ~$100 MM and has a vision to become $2.5Bn business in next 10 years. My role is to provide strategic and financial guidance required to run the business profitably. To achieve it, I partner with senior leadership to model various top down and bottoms up long term and short term business scenarios, I work with the business, product and tech teams to evaluate, validate and launch cost savings initiatives across locales. I provide financial guidance to the fees team to arrive at the public rate cards for each of the locales to build the fees in a way that we are competitive yet profitable. I work closely with other stakeholders to drive cost optimizations in other P&L line items. Overall, I’m responsible for leading & guiding the teams to achieve financial KPIs.\\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n
