ABOUT ANKITA GANGULY

Hello! I am a Trainee Clinical Psychologist (RCI) from Amity University, Lucknow, currently serving as Clinical Psychology trainee at Nirvan Hospital. I completed my Msc. in Clinical Psychology from MIT-WPU, Pune. I finished my under graduation from Kristu Jayanti College, Bengaluru with BA in Journalism, Psychology, English. I am recently interned at Regional Mental Hospital, Thane, where I dealt with patients in both male and female ward along with the OPD and, an observer at Electroconvulsive therapy and Occupational therapy. I have interned at King George\'s Medical University in the Department of Psychiatry where I have taken multiple intakes, various IQ assessments and Personality tests on various patients under the guidance of my resident. I have multiple accolades in the field of psychology since my undergrad, like best research paper in Humanities Department, working as the coordinator for the annual Department of Psychology fests, and also winning the same fest. I have also won HACK-MIT 2024, along with my 3 other teammates with our innovative presentation for an app for students with Nicotine dependence. I have also led various events in the department of Psychology like NeuroHarmony 2024, World Mental Health Day. I have won the LITCON 2023 by department of English, as well.
