ABOUT ANKITA CHAKRABARTY
Hey there! I\'m Ankita — nice to virtually meet you 🤝I\'m a User Experience Designer, currently in my junior year at SCAD. I started with painting, where I learned to tell stories visually and create experiences that resonate with viewers. Growing up across India, Finland, and now studying in the USA has deepened my curiosity about human behavior, psychology and what makes experiences meaningful to different people. This fascination has guided my approach to UX: I prioritize research, observation, and user communication to design thoughtful, human-centered interactions that genuinely meet people\'s needs.I bring a strong work ethic and a collaborative mindset to every project, combining creativity, strategy, and empathy to solve complex problems. I love working with members from multiple disciplines, since that often leads to the most holistic and well-rounded outcomes. My experiences — from leading design projects to learning from mentors in my professional experiences — have taught me how to balance user needs with business goals, while always keeping clarity and usability at the forefront.Currently seeking summer 2026 UX/Product Design internships.
