Currently working as an HR - Talent Acquisition and Talent Management Specialist based in Pune and reporting to the Director and the CEO. Managing 160+ employees spread across India, I am responsible for their development, succession planning and creating strategies for workforce planning. I am responsible for end to end talent acquisition for all businesses within Zygal. It includes manpower planning, budget management, candidate sourcing & screening, Offer negotiation and closure. Streamlined multiple processes such as exit management, training and development, capability management. I manage all the operational activities as a part of an employee experience centre. I am responsible for driving performance reviews across the organisation. Designed an appraisal process from scratch that focuses more on employee satisfaction and brings out efficiency. Proactively initiated R&R programmes and employee engagement activities. Conducting in house training and development programmes for all the employees.
