As an Associate Construction Project Manager, I support large-scale industrial projects with a strong focus on planning, execution, and cost control to ensure successful delivery. My role involves coordinating across multiple stakeholders, managing daily construction operations, and contributing to project strategy and execution. Key responsibilities include->Assisting with door hardware and paint scope from procurement through installation, ensuring quality and timely completion->Supporting the Project Manager in developing schedules, sequencing construction activities, and driving on-time delivery->Identifying constraints and risks in the construction sequence and developing mitigation plans.Preparing and presenting weekly progress updates to senior management->Managing material procurement and tracking scope-related needs to avoid delays->Supporting cost proposals for additional scope and assisting with quantity take-offs to finalize budgets->Tracking and verifying rental equipment usage and invoices for accuracy->Assisting multiple Project Managers with their scopes to achieve project milestones->Leading daily planning sessions with crews to align on scope, goals, and deliverables->Participating in budget reviews, cost tracking, and risk analysis to monitor project spend and mitigate delays->Collaborating cross-functionally to ensure efficient resource allocation and compliance with project standards.Through this role, I have strengthened my expertise in construction planning, risk management, cost control, and stakeholder communication, while contributing to the success of one of the world’s largest and most advanced manufacturing facilities.
