Client - Morgan Stanley (MS)Overview-Working on BPS Application - Business Partner System. what is BPS? All employees must obtain pre clearance from Anti-corruption Group through the BPS prior to engaging any Business Partner. It\'s a third party who assist Morgan Stanley in- i) Obtaining new client or business ii) Retaining an existing client or business Interaction with govt officials on behalf of Morgan Stanley, furthering it\'s business objectives. All Firm employees need to pre clear Business partner engagement through BPS. Pre clearance is required for each new engagement. Business partner on the pre approved status list (PASS) don\'t require pre clearance through BPS.Roles and responsibilities- As a QA engineer, my roles and responsibilities is to check the functionality of the application is working as per the requirement through designing test cases and capturing evidences while test execution. If any observation found, bug is being raised in Jira and putting a closure to it after its fixed from respective teams. Performing smoke, sanity, regression testing at regular interval of time. Exposure to API testing using swagger and database - SQL to extract data from required tables.
