I have 10 years of pharmaceutical industry experience, in designing and executing value evidence strategies that have not only supported market access and reimbursement, but have also been leveraged, to inform clinical and commercial strategy, medical affairs and strategic collaborations •I have experience working in a variety of clinical areas which include primary care- osteoporosis/neuroscience (insomnia, delirium, AD), specialty- ophthalmology, rare disease and oncology •I have led cross functional value evidence sub-teams for products in various phases of the product life cycle including launch, going into Phase 3, early phase (1/2), in-line, & post launch support. •My experience spans from working on observational- retrospective/prospective observational studies, economic modelling, PRO strategy work, comparative efficacy work and developing RWE post launch and working on HTA submissions. •I have extensive US and global market exposure in developing and delivering novel value evidence to obtain positive access/formulary decisions in the US, EU, and Emerging Markets. •I am a strong communicator, presenter who can drive cross-functional collaboration effectively to achieve desired results. •I have experience and aptitude for mentoring and guiding graduate fellows, project managers senior managers and Associate Directors Specialties: Value Evidence and Strategy, Global Reimbursement, Health Policy, Outcomes Research, Health Economics, Big Data, HTA, Epidemiology, Real World Evidence, Retrospective and prospective observational study design.
