I’ve designed and maintained partner profiles, IDoc configurations, and material master checks to streamline order processing. My work includes managing inbound/outbound EDI flows (ASN, order acknowledgments), mapping changes, and collaborating with 3PLs and WMS systems. I’ve ensured seamless data exchange using Seeburger, Opentext, and GIB middleware. I also troubleshoot EDIFACT messages like INVOIC, ORDERS, DESADV, and DELFOR, ensuring compliance and operational efficiency. My collaboration with global SAP teams has led to faster issue resolution and improved partner onboarding, contributing to enhanced supply chain visibility and reduced transaction errors.
