ABOUT ANKITAA ANIL JOSHI

After spending over five years working in the advertising industry in India, I set my sights on the Big Apple to pursue a Master of Science degree in Social Media and Mobile Marketing. Last year, I graduated from Pace University, where I thoroughly enjoyed learning new marketing tools and diving deep into emerging fields like marketing technology and generative artificial intelligence in advertising and beyond.As a brand custodian, I have had the privilege of working across a diverse set of industries — from electrical and aviation to entertainment, news, lifestyle, banking, personal care, and beauty. Having navigated both traditional advertising and digital media landscapes, I bring to the table an in-depth understanding of consumer behavior across multiple media touchpoints. Working at leading agencies like Lowe Lintas (IPG), Leo Burnett (Publicis Groupe), and Schbang in India has been a masterclass in itself, allowing me to learn the ropes from some of the best minds in the business.My internships in the United States opened new doors, offering hands-on opportunities to sharpen my social media marketing, content creation and performance analytics skills. I was able to boost brand visibility, drive meaningful audience engagement, and roll out effective digital strategies that moved the needle. Now, at McCann Worldgroup’s MRM, I manage B2B marketing needs for a brand that is weaved in the fabric of the American culture.An ardent marketing professional, I truly eat, breathe, and sleep brands.
