Perform prompt and accurate recording of the supplier invoices into the system for ledger accounts - Germany, Belgium, Netherlands, and Canada. Send invoices to the appropriate manager for obtaining coding, and approval with regular chase up in line with the authorization matrix. All the Le Boat entities are scanned either manually or via Readsoft. Make sure the invoices and coding are as per accounting policies and procedures. Prepare payment proposal for payment processing as per the term. Payment entries are posted in accounting software on a timely basis.(SAP S/4 HANA)Process Employees Expenses reports. Reconcile Supplier statements to minimize past-due invoices. Reconcile Direct Debits from the bank to the purchase ledger. Reviewing AP aging report and ensuring there is no overdue outstanding. Provide supporting documents for audits. Communicate with UK team members and local lead to resolve issues and maintain smooth flow of process.
