As a PMP-certified professional with extensive experience of more than 8 years in AI, telecommunications, construction, and the health sector, I have successfully managed diverse projects that have made a significant impact in each of these industries.In the field of artificial intelligence, I led a team responsible for developing a cutting-edge machine learning algorithm that improved customer engagement and product recommendations, resulting in significant increase in revenue for our e-commerce client.In telecommunications, I managed the rollout of SDWAN infrastructure as a delivery end to end PM, overseeing the deployment of thousands of small cell sites across AOA region This project not only enhanced network performance and benefitted increasing number of employer at site with smoother and faster service.For the construction sector, I directed a large-scale residential development project, coordinating multiple stakeholders, from architects to contractors. Through meticulous project planning and execution, we delivered the project ahead of schedule and under budget, exceeding client expectations.Within the health sector, I oversaw the implementation of an electronic health records system in a hospital network, improving patient data accessibility and reducing medical errors. This project enhanced patient care and streamlined administrative processes.Throughout these experiences, my PMP expertise in project initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure played a pivotal role in achieving project objectives and ensuring stakeholder satisfaction.
