Ankita is passionate about her work and is eager to explore new ways for HR function to contribute to the organization being more than a support function. Her favorite part of the work is interacting with employees at various levels, assessing the pulse and aligning the needs accordingly so ultimately EVERYONE WINS.Prior to Samashti, Ankita was working as a Tech Hiring Partner with Agrostar. Responsible for understanding the manpower needs of the technology department and helps in identifying the right talent for m-commerce platform. She managed end to end recruitment life cycle for sourcing the best talent from diverse sources like Job portals, specialized Consultants, Social Networking sites, Campus and employee referral programs.She conducted structured business needs discussions with the hiring managers, identifies the key role and candidate requirements, and formulates the sourcing and selection strategy.Along with sourcing and screening of candidates, she also assessed them through a process of skill assessments and conducts the first level of interviews to qualify prospective candidates.She also helped in building networks to find the qualified passive candidates. She used to develop, build and constantly evaluate new Recruitment Channels and Channel Partners in an effort to drive scalability. Along with the IT hiring, she assisted the stakeholders with Non-IT recruitments too. She conducted the offer discussions with the hired candidates and processed the joining formalities of the new joinees. She was responsible for maintaining the MIS reports.
