Performed upgradation to KRONOS WFC solution and added our consumer division also upgrade to KRONOS WFC 8.0. to include attendance and leave modules. Act as a liaison to management and KRONOS Administrators to increase credibility of the new KRONOS timekeeping system. Heavy involvement in configuration & customization, including WIM, Navigator processes, Attestation, Global Time-Off Requests, Delegation, Advanced Scheduling, SDM (Record Manager), Accruals, Cutover Plans, System documentation. Configured accruals setup from Holiday setup to Accrual Plans in a multi org environment and Upgrading Custom reports and WIM interfaces to Kronos 8.0/ ADP eTime. Build and supported Kronos components including Workforce Central Modules, Timekeeper, Advance Scheduler, WDM, WIM, Record Manager (SDM), Interface Designer, Process Designer, Record Manager, Process Manager and Advance Accruals. Researched, wrote, and edited test procedures used for upgrades; Modules include HR/Payroll, Timekeeper, Leave, Attendance, DCM, Connect, WIM, Scheduler, and Analytics. Configuration of Workforce Timekeeper Pay Rules, Accruals, Wage Profile, Schedule Rules and Adjustment Rule, per DSR, in Kronos WFC v 6.3 and currently 8.0. Compiled and distributed accounting reports, detailing hours, cost per hour and travel expenses, as well as, labor forecasting reports to Project and Executive Managers, monthly, or as requested. Leverage data extract transform and load technologies to accelerate development of dataflows, to schedule them and to organize them for on-going maintenance by a team. Used ETL to implement the SCD transformation, to maintain historical data in data warehouse. Applied various data transformations like Data Conversion, Multicasting, Conditional Split, Derived column in SSIS. Developed and deployed data transfers packages using SSIS, also maintained the jobs running on Servers.
