CPA, CA with 10 years of post qualification experience, primarily in financial due diligence (FDD), financial analysis on buy-side and sell-side transactions. Clients included large corporates, private equities, investment conglomerates. Worked on deals having size up to US$ 1.2 billion.FDD and analysis conducted on companies in the following sectors -(including but not limited to), Infrastructure, Real Estate, TMT (including tower infrastructure, BPO, e-Commerce), Energy (Solar/ Wind), Transportation and Travel.Experienced in analysis and review of financial statements including companies based out of Canada, USA, UK, India, Indonesia, South Africa and Egypt, prepared in accordance with respective GAAP i.e. IFRS, US GAAP, ASPE.
