My role focuses on delivering seamless user experiences through real-time troubleshooting, onboarding assistance, and subscription lifecycle management.I engage with global customers via chat, calls, and live Zoom sessions, providing technical resolutions and workflow optimization support. Leveraging tools like Intercom CRM, Zapier, Mixpanel, and Microsoft Clarity, I analyze user behavior to identify friction points and proactively enhance product adoption.In addition, I contribute to knowledge base development, creating help articles, FAQs, and tutorial videos that drive self-service efficiency and reduce support tickets. My goal is to ensure customer retention, satisfaction, and continuous improvement through data-driven insights and empathetic communication.
