I\'m a final-year B.Tech Food Technology student at Banaras Hindu University, with a strong academic foundation and hands-on experience in food quality, microbiology, and processing. I recently qualified GATE Life Sciences (XL) 2025 with a focus on Food Technology and Microbiology.Through internships at Amul Cooperative, B.D. Foods Pvt. Ltd, and IMS-BHU\'s VRDL, I’ve worked on quality control in dairy and beverage processing, as well as microbial isolation. My projects include developing dietetic rabri, mango syrup, and isolating Streptococcus thermophilus from yogurt — reflecting my interest in health-focused and sustainable food innovations.I’m skilled in laboratory techniques, food safety standards (FSSAI, CODEX), and team-based problem solving. I\'m passionate about applying science to create safe, high-quality food products and improving processing systems.I’m actively looking for opportunities in quality assurance, food R&D, or regulatory roles where I can contribute and grow professionally.
