I\'ve always been curious about how things work and more importantly, how they break. That curiosity led me to become a Manual Quality Analyst, where I spent years in the trenches testing web and mobile apps. It was more than just finding bugs; it was about protecting the user\'s experience and ensuring that the final product was something we could all be proud of. That role taught me patience, precision, and the importance of a critical eye.That foundational experience became the lens through which I now view leadership. My transition into project management at Neolen was a shift from asking \"Is this working?\" to \"How do we make this work, on time, and on budget?\" It was a natural progression, applying my analytical skills to larger business puzzles.Today, as the COO of Aneero, I oversee operations with that same quality-first mindset. My journey from tester to executive means I bring a unique perspective to the table: I understand the granular details of product development and how they impact the broader company strategy. I believe that great operations and great products are built on a foundation of clear communication, solid processes, and a relentless focus on quality.I\'m passionate about building products and companies that are not only successful but also well-crafted and reliable.
