Key Functions and Skills: Obtaining updated schedules (Lists of assets & etc) from respective departments for renewal. Prepare RFQs (Request For Quotes). Track all the policies due for renewal and to update all the renewed / new policies in the renewal register. Follow up with Brokers for renewed policies or Endorsements. Intimation of claims/ Following up of required claim documents from respective user departments, accompanying surveys (at work sites) whenever necessary and to follow up for settlement of claims. Maintain claims registers indicating the settlement and outstanding criteria.\\ Filing of policies received and sending copy to respective user departments and to store in web data base. Print and file all the correspondence during policies renewal/Claims and other important issues. liaise between Client Servicing and the TPA for Health related policies. Preparing monthly insurance reports & getting management approvals Monthly insurance related compliances with insurers and loss adjustors. Filing of all insurance claims with all relevant data. Claims documentation & concurrences on claims working & settlements. Fort night reviews with insurers on claims outstandings. Preparing internal MIS reporting, Audit Compliances, Budget formulation. Streamlining insurance activities with all manufacturing units
