The current role of mine is part of CEO\'s office where I am primarily responsible of end-to-end M&A cycle, which includes deal origination (both proactive and reactive) and deal execution. The execution involves screening potential targets, preparing business case for presenting to leadership, performing valuations and financial modelling, liaising due diligence, drafting and negotiating legal documents and structuring deals. Additionally I work with business heads to identify and execute M&A priorities and build network of investment banking and PE/VC fund relationships for deal ideas.Key Transaction- Wipro’s acquisition of International TechneGroup Inc.(ITI), a US based company providing Computed Aided Design and Product Lifecycle Management interoperability software services, to complement Wipro’s core strength in Industry 4.0
