I have more than 15 years of experience in clinical development and medical writing.While working in the clinical development industry, I have developed deep understanding of clinical trial processes, starting from creation of Clinical development plan, drafting the protocol, developing full protocol package, initiating and running the trial, generating CSR. I have worked on both regulatory documents (CSR (for phase 3 and phase 4 studies), Protocol, IB, DSUR, PSUR) and non-regulatory documents (scientific research papers, abstracts, posters).During my tenure at Syneos health, I was responsible for functionally management of medical writing activities e.g. resource allocation, process optimization, managing bow etc.
