As a part of Corporate Resource Management Group in HCL, my primary responsibilities are Talent Branding with End to End Recruitment which includes Stakeholder management, delivery & performance management• Look into the details for Hiring Plans, calculate the stage losses in recruitment cycle, look into the Renege and take corrective measures to streamline process.• Working closely with Sales, hiring managers and Delivery to discuss the progress, challenges and new addition/expectation of customer.• Engaging with onsite/offshore team on ready to deploy, new hire to be done etc.• Own the overall recruitment cycle from workforce planning to Candidate On boarding with special focus on the vitality of the recruitment metrics covering Quality of Hire, Turnaround time, Recruitment channel efficacy, Diversity Hiring, On-boarding efficacy and compliance to the recruitment policies and fair employment practices.• Experience in mass hiring and successfully delivered many ramp-up projects.• Engaging with onsite/offshore team on ready to deploy, new hire to be done etc.• Conducting daily calls with vendors to discuss the requirements, challenges and pipeline.• Involved in TP hiring, W2 Fulltime hiring.• Managing agency engagement, Source Mix, Reviewing and revamping the employee referral program.• An Active part of MIS and Data Management activities, working on the job board’s monster, dice, LinkedIn and other social media recruitment channels along with Vendor Management.• Actively working on iTAP, a product by Kenexa- IBM which is served as an Applicant Tracking System for HCL TAG.• Working on Complete or co-ordinate necessary pre-employment processes including reference checks and background/drug test.
