An MBA in Marketing and Operations from Amity Business School, Noida, and a BE in Information Technology from Rajiv Gandhi Technical University, Indore, I have extensive expertise in project management, business analysis, account management, business transformation, Reporting and supply chain management.I have been supporting multinational clients as a Technical Account Manager in providing consultancy services and transforming their overall IT cloud management. As an Onboarding Manager, I have been leading cross-functional PMO responsibilities for new customer pipelines, deal sizing, resource planning, client governance, and providing support required in various phases. I have been leading business transformation projects for the Multicloud Management Platform and its various applications such as ECAM, EM AIOPs.
