Manage Infrastructure Computer Hardware / Software /Server/Daily Operational Application / Office 365, Teams, Compliances, Firewall, ILL, MPLS, SDWAN, Central Wi-Fi System, Computer Hardware and Other IT Asset Inventory, User ID Monthly Review, Non-Standard, Software Review, Good Understanding of Tickets Incident and SLA, Vendor Management, Follow Strict Company Standard SOP. Windows OS Release Compliances, Compliances Antivirus Update, Compliances Asset Register, Weekly Manpower Review,Infra Asset Utilization Report, OS Build version Compliances, BitLocker Compliances, IT Consumable Stock Management. End User Devices Summary Compliances Daily IT Check List. User Access and ID reconciliations, All Software Application User Review Monthly and Quarterly Basis.3- Partner management - Timely settlement of pay-outs / Billings.4. Ensure strong governance infrastructure with the partners, participate in all weekly/monthly operational meetings. IT Ops.
