Senior Financial Services professional specialising in bidding, capital raising, investor relations, treasury functions, cash management and other Corporate Finance functions for infrastructure projects.Working with SB Energy (SoftBank Group) since it\'s first project in India, I am now responsible for its Corporate Finance function for both India & US, and Project Financing for any new geography SB Energy targets - for ex. Middle East. Till 2019, I also led the project financing for SB Energy India projects. Experienced in Debt Capital Markets (Bond Raising), Equity divestment/raising, Mezz, Project Financing (ECBs, domestic funding from both Banks and NBFCs), cash management and treasury functions. I lead a team to achieve the funding objectives for the company.Before this I worked for SunEdison (once world\'s largest renewable energy developer) where I was responsible for raising capital for all of its utility scale projects in India.
