Project in Brief: DDU-GKY is a project with a vision to promote comprehensive development process by skilling youth of the state with high standards and free access irrespective of gender, cast, creed and disabilities focusing on wage employment and to cater domestic market demand of skilled manpower in different sectors and enable them to earn sustainable livelihoods.Responsibilities:• Project Monitoring and Operations: Project planning, development and implementation. Heading the monitoring team for entire 13 districts in the State. Involved in project appraisal, project planning, implementation, monitoring & evaluation, financial budgeting, forecasting, reporting, analysis.• Stakeholder Management: Coordination, deliberations and liaising with the MoRD, Project Appraisal Agencies and Training Partners (PIAs) regarding progress and performance of the project.• Data Management: Data Management on PFMS for monitoring as well as analysis for strategic decision making.• Financial Management: First Month Audit, Monthly Verification Report, Quarterly Audit, Monitoring budgeting and funds utilization under the scheme. Lead and ensure the Month end closing and reporting processes complete on time. Review and analyze all the movement in the financial statements (Ledger, Trail Balance, P&L, R&P, B/S and assets schedules). Monthly checking of transactions payment (bank payment voucher, petty cash voucher, PFMS print payment advice) and bank receipt and reconcile the balance of bank statement. Analyze expenses/accounts and prepare report and provide insights for improvement. Liaise with Internal and external auditors to manage the audit activities and their matters on timely manner.
