About Ankit Kamat

As a Team Lead at Tata Consultancy Services (TCS), I manage the virtual transition of projects for multiple clients in the payroll, tax, and workforce administration domains. I leverage my expertise in various systems, such as SAP ECC, PeopleSoft, Oracle HRMS, Siebel, and Employee Central, to ensure quality, accuracy, and compliance of the deliverables. I also conduct IAT testing and provide training and support to the project teams and stakeholders.I have over nine years of experience in operations, working as a Senior Analyst at Wipro and a Team Member Advance at Aon Hewitt, where I handled US tax, BSO, and UAT processes for different clients and platforms. I am currently pursuing my MBA degree in Operations Management at NMIMS Global, where I am learning advanced skills and concepts in operations research, supply chain management, and project management. I also have a BCom and a Master\'s degree in Commerce from the University of Mumbai, and a Diploma in Web Designing from Shirodkar Computers Training Institute.
