Responsible for ensuring the effective implementation ofstandard requirementsin accordance with IATF and ISO standards.Preparing and reviewing documentssuch as APQP, P-PAP, SPC, MSA, PFMEA, ECN, PCN, Warrant PPM, etc. Reviewing the overall document of HR,DOJO, Production, Maintenance on weekly basis. Implement interim, corrective, and preventive actions based on customer complaints, including conducting root cause analysis (5W1H analysis), implementing containment actions, and monitoring effectiveness. Submit action reports and effectiveness monitoring reports to the customer. Analyse rejections occurring at various stages, including in-house processes, Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI), and customer returns. Implement measuresto reduce COPQ (Cost of Poor Quality), including customer rejections and in-house rejections, through methods like Kaizen and Poke-Yoke. Responsible for conducting both external and internal audits, including surveillance audits. Additionally,responsible for LPA, process audits, product audits, and other relevant audits as required. Responsible for preparing and sharing the reports including daily Quality Performance (QP) report, weekly top defects and analysis, weekly Management Information System (MIS) report, monthly MIS report, top 3 defect analysis, process audit report Organize and lead management review meetings and internal audits, ensuring adherence to mandatory procedures.
